![]() If it says "FAT32," you should check the source drive for files greater than 4GB. Right-click the destination drive letter and select "Properties." Look for "File System" to determine the file system used. You should now have both Windows Explorer windows in split-screen mode. Click "Open Folder to View Files." Hold the "Win" key and press the left arrow key. Plug the destination drive into another USB port, preferably one that ties into a different USB motherboard controller, but if you're not sure, don't worry about it. Plug the source drive into an available USB port, wait until the AutoPlay window appears, and click "Open Folder to View Files." Hold the "Win" key and press the right arrow key to place the Windows Explorer window on the right side of the screen.
